Shipping update

Thank you all for your support, and your patience so far as everything has taken longer than anticipated. On the plus side, this is all knowledge we can apply to the campaign for issue 2!
This week, rewards for backers outside of North America will be shipped. Some of them have already gone out, and will be updated with a tracking number in backerkit. If you're outside North America and have a physical Amaruq mini, it will be coming in a separate package directly from the supplier.
If you're in North America, your rewards will be sent to our distributor first. We're sending it in bulk from Taiwan to keep shipping costs down. This does mean it will take longer to get to you, but we thought it was enough of a difference in cost that it was worth doing this way.
If you haven't filled out the survey yet, or have an error with your card, please fix this as soon as possible to make sure you get your rewards in the first wave. If you have any issues you need assistance with, please contact us or send a ticket through backerkit.

Production update and charging shipping

Greetings, friends! Dylan here. I should have done an update sooner, but I was ill. It did require a hospital visit, but it's not long term, so I'm back on my feet now. Luckily, other parts could be moving while I was out of commission. The comics are being sent to me today!
The stickers and keychains should be shipping in the next day or two. I already have all the packing material. This means I need to start putting together individual backer rewards soon, which in turn means it's time to charge cards.
If you haven't filled out your backerkit survey yet, you need to do so in order to receive your comic - that's where we collect the address. If you've lost yours, you can recover it here:

As a reminder, US and Canada orders will be sent in bulk to our US distributor before being posted out to individuals. This is how we're able to keep shipping costs from getting too high for North American backers. Other orders will be sent out individually from Taiwan. If you're in Europe and added a physical unpainted Amaruq mini, you'll receive it in a separate package, as it's coming from our US printer.
Thank you all for being patient through this process. It's taken longer than we expected at a few points along the way, but at least we were able to learn for next time. We're reaching the home stretch now!

Orders locking soon!

Hey barbarians! We've finished our adjustments for the printer and we're ready to roll forward with production. That also means we need to lock orders. Orders on backerkit will be locked in one week. If you need to make any changes (other than address - address changes can be made until shipping is collected), please make them now. I'll be reaching out to individual backers when we're close to the lock date if there are any problems with orders.
The variant cover upgrade has been popular, but as of this update, there are 24 left. Now's the time if you still want yours!

Digital rewards (I'm pretty sure this time)!

One thing this campaign has taught me is that I'm not very good at distributing digital rewards, but you should have them now. It seems as though some people received them last time and some didn't, but we went with a proper mailing service this time around to get all 250 of you. If, for whatever reason, you still don't have your digital rewards, send a message here and I'll give you the google drive link.
At this point, 79% of you have answered the backer survey, but we still need everyone to fill it out to get their comics. If you haven't gotten your survey email, let us know so we can get you that link. The orders will remain open on backerkit a bit longer than originally anticipated, since we thought more surveys would have been done by now when we made the plan. This being our first campaign, we weren't quite sure what to expect, but we'll have this experience to reflect on when we run the issue #2 campaign.

Production update

We needed to take a bit of time off after the campaign, but we're back at it now! We're currently reviewing samples from the printer.
When everything is approved, we're expecting to move forward with production! Stickers and keychains will come in a bit later from a different printer. We know everyone's looking forward to getting their hands on the comic, and so are we!
At this point, 74% of backers have completed the backerkit survey. If you haven't gotten yours, check your spam box, or message us so we can resolve it.
