We need those surveys to get you your rewards, so please fill them out! It should also get you your digital rewards immediately. If you can't find your email from backerkit, please check your spam box. If you still can't find it, send us a message and we'll resolve it. Also message us if you don't get your digital rewards.
While you're there, you can actually add more to your order in a way that seems more user friendly than the Kickstarter experience. It's also an opportunity to upgrade to variant covers!

The good news first: while a very small number of pledges (less than ten) were cancelled due to payment failure, all other pledges have cleared and Kickstarter has transferred the payment! We've already been contacting printers to pay for manufacturing, and the US distributor has been paid for handling fees. The bad news is luckily just a temporary setback - I'm not very good at setting up backerkit. It's still under review, and they're helping me work on it, so we should be able to send out surveys soon. This will also get you your digital rewards immediately.
Now for the art previews. We sent these proofs to the printers for the postcards:

You'll be able to add the postcards and the Chinese print version to your order through backerkit if you don't already have them (or if you want extras). Fingers crossed I get the backerkit setup right this time!

Upcoming backerkit surveys and digital distribution

Greetings, friends! Dylan here. We had a chaotic weekend, or as other parents would call it, a pretty average weekend. I've been working on the backerkit setup and survey, and while it's definitely a powerful tool, it's not the most intuitive for first time users. We want to distribute the digital rewards as soon as possible, which are largely complete (with the exception of issue 2). STLs will be distributed through MyMiniFactory to always be available on your account.
As of typing this, the overwhelming majority (over 90%) of backers have completed payment. If you have any payment issues, please log into your account to fix them so we can get you your rewards as soon as possible!
Crossing the finish line

This has been an exciting month for us, and we're so happy so many people like our comic!
Now that the campaign has ended, we're going to focus on fulfillment. The first thing that needs to happen is for Kickstarter to release funds. They've told us, and other creators have verified, that it takes about two weeks, as they need time to resolve any potential payment failures. Once that happens, the backerkit pledge manager will open.
Here's what you can expect from the pledge manager:
More modular add-ons - people have expressed interest in having only the variant cover, and we decided to introduce more freedom in reward selection in general.
Shipping charges - this is the stage where we get addresses and calculate shipping.
Options - English and Chinese print options, autographed (no extra charge) or not.
